Yes, FortuneLeaf, many people neglect to see that jobs are also pyramids; meaning pyramid in structure. The structure is very much what you have described in your post.

Just because many people have failed at MLM's does not make a MLM a scam. Many people don't benefit from their jobs either. If you think about it, 95% or more people who have a job; are in debt and will remain in debt for the remainder of their lives.

This is because many employees are not taught how to manage their income. Also, as one makes more money, the individual or individuals spend their increased income on bigger homes, more expensive cars, etc.

Of course, lately, our pay increases are not keeping up with the cost of living. This too could be a contributor to many people staying in debt. With each passing year, we are making less than we did last year because the cost of living continues to increase far more than our paychecks. Money is very tight for many employees these days.

The middle class are getting squeezed out and the poor are getting left behind.
