The only time a MLM is legal is when you have a real product. A web site that is given to all new members does not retain it's supposed $197.00 value, as some scam MLMs have claimed in the past. Herbalife, Amway, and several others are legal, as they have a real tangible product.
You can only fail so many times before the law of averages gives you a break.
