Not really, no. Sad as i is to say. With all the free templates for CMSs, such as
Joomla which can be installed easily through CPanel, and blogs like wordpress, designers are not in very demand.
The all out design work is pretty slim, graphics designers, template coders, and SEO people are what the market can handle now. The one not on that list is content providers, which are in pretty high demand until someone writes a program that can actually create decent content.
