Well...its difficult to choose a team or individual....
because if a full hearted devotion towards the work is not got frm all the teams members then its really difficult to work with a team...
I'm really sorry to say that..But its a fact...that for a team work all have to contribute....or else it become a individual work only...

I personally preferred a team work..where all have the same mental frequency...so that that work would be productive....
