I see you already got ads on it - or are they reciprocal banners?

Do some onpage optimization - you don't even have the proper title tags.

Work first on getting more targeted traffic - SEO, ppc, banner exchange, etc.

Once you have a good traffic stream, monetizing it would be a lot easier.

Your Title tags only has your URL on it. Replace it with the most apt title for your homepage. Read this: http://www.searchenginejournal.com/o...kthrough/6746/

I would make a template for the website. That way each page looks similar.
