Thanks A1 Web Promotions. It just makes me uneasy to break Craigslist TOS. I prefer to stay out of trouble and do what is right. I may have to find alternative methods than using CraigsList. It doesn't seem to be a useful method of advertising for work at home type businesses.

I will not feel comfortable placing a ad into the job section, if I will only be reprimanded for it. I will go on ahead and look for other places to place my ads. Thank you for sharing.

Craig's List is awesome. Free advertising and lots of money to be made. I've made a living in Craig's List. It's been a great program.

I usually post in about 15 cities a day. I change my ad just enough that it will go through. THey last about 14-21 days.

Default CraigsList

Hey Brad,
Ditto the question from rich321. What section of the paper are you placing your ad? Business opportunity, job or some other section of the paper?

Default Craig's list is very effective

I've used Craig's list about 10 months now and have phenomenal success with it. I usually post in the Small Biz ads and have had great response. I usually post in 15-20 cities daily but change the ad a bit so it doesn't get the "this ad is similar to" caption. I had as many as 35 hits in one day to one of my programs. The way to catch people's attention is get a catchy subject line, that's what will help people open, then the rest is just catchy advertisement. I love "FREE" advertising.

Where did you learn about advertising? It seems that if my ad is not catchy, I am still not going to get any hits on my ad. Can you recommend any books or a source where I can go to learn about advertising?
