gotta get back in here, been a while. JV's are Joint Ventures with other people. I've done JV's with people to help "each other" out. Also I like the go to meeting as it's a great tool to bring people to that can't fit in a hotel room or want to come to a hotel from Dallas to New Orleans or something like that. Did the voice blasting, too but was costly.....depending on what you use. So many different strategies to use. Do our due diligence and find what's best for you. GO look at Lawren's sites, she is a master at marketing =)

Default Craigslist

I have tried advertising on Craigslist many times, and almost always seem to get bumped off. I became frustrated with the effort.

Isn't Craigs List kinda bogged down by hundreds of others doing the same thing? I find it too saturated. Are there any other sites that people use besides Craigs List?

Personally I stopped using Craigslist for all the reasons listed above. I tried all thde suggestions peole agave and I never had any luck. I have been using this site www.whatbusinesstodom.com Its a web 2.0 site that includes a section for classified ads. Its set up very dfferently from Craigslist. The good thing is your ad lasts forever! they show you how to write the ad to get picked up fy the search engines. I have had pretty good success with it. They have webinars three times a week. You can click on the link in my siggy for more info or PM me.

I agree withGailtravel, Craigslist is inundated with the same ads for work from home etc. I havn't seen any success with it. I have been using Whatbusinesstodo.com and fing it good.

I have had some success with craigslist but it is getting harder and harder. If you limit the number of ads that you post per account and IP then you should be OK. I have found that the quality of traffic that I receive from craigslist is better then adwords. But like I said it is getting very difficult and I am beginning to question if it is worth it.

Craigslist is really touchy but the referrals that come through there are usually good ones!
