Default Classified ad sites to place ads

Hi,

I need your help.

What are the best classified ad sites where I can place several posts? Could anyone share to me a list of those sites?

I'm promoting my new buy & sell business and need to attract visitors to promote my products and services.

Your help is highly appreciated.

Thanks!

I personally use the http://www.usfreeads.com/, they give you the option of 3 different membership levels. The free one will not let you put a link in your ad so it is kind of useless. But gold membership lets you put in a link and a picture which is $10 a year, and then the premier membership has all the fancy perks.

Dunno if this fits, but there is Craigslist and as well, Kijiji.

I have used Kijiji to some success in promoting my terrestrial business so cannot see why it would not work for Online Marketing.

Default Best Free Classified Advertising Sites

Good question,

This varies in my experience, and it also depends on how to use appropriate search terms in your title, this is critical if you want to be high in the search engine results for whatever you are promoting.

USFreeAds use to be one of my favorites, but they no longer rank as high as they use to, so you have to keep up with the current best sites as it changes over time.

Craigslist is not pulling as well as it once did depending on what you are promoting due to so many scams on Craigslist, so many are not using Craigslist like they once did, and I have dropped them in recent months, never mind the fact that they have phone verification now for business opportunity ads, not just an email confimation like before and like all the others use.

My favorite is BackPage, but here is a tip, only post in larger metropolitan areas, it will rank higher in the search engines more quickly. Even if you live somewhere else, always post in high population areas for these sites will get more traffic and rank higher. Of course, it makes little difference for most unless you have local brick and mortar business you are promoting.

Success to all, Mike
