Using Us Free ads, ezinearticles, squidoo, myspace,youtube and all the popular websites will generate a tonne of traffic to your website.

if you are new, don't use adwords. It hurts you if you don't know what you are doing..
but before you jumped into promoting any affiliate programs... you need to set up a few things... 1.) squeeze page or review page of that product. 2.) an autoresponder where you can send follow up emails to your subscribers about the products. 3.) an affiliate link cloaker and hide your link.. if you don't it, people will either stripe off your links or get a discount by inserting their affiliate ID of that link. and hence you don't get commissions

I know it is sound confusing, but later days I will post some useful articles on this forum that you may follow through.

Ya. Actually i am confused on al the different methods being mentioned.
I am dummies to the computer, normally i only do surfing on the internet.
Like mentioned that Blogging, Squidoo i don't know how to use it.

If you don't have a lot of money to spend, there are many free services out there that will get your links on the internet and drive traffic to your site without having to put out big money. Ezine Articles, Go Articles, Squidoo, Free Press Releases, and forums are a great place to start. Remember, the more you get your links out there, the more traffic will come to your site. Good luck!
