For those who do freelance web development, do you work alone or as a team???
For example, I know how to write HTML and CSS code, but I am not good a programming. Should I just get static web design jobs or should I team up with a good programmer and offer our web design services that include design and programming?

As a team. Its hard for me to do all work alone unless i really know all thing. Its more better to work by team because we can get more feedback and more comment about our job. So, we can know many thing if we work as team. Its totally different if you work alone. But its fine if you fine to work alone..

we work as a team. we are know all thing. our team member totally 5 person , sometime i do only alone. So we can do anythings related in programming.

If you are expert in your work , then its a good idea to complete your work at individual level. However, its not usually the case. So, the better option is to complete the work as a team

I would say that we have to work as a team to make thing success . This is call the power of teamwork , right ? One thing is good working as a team beacuse you can assign the task to specific team member that had the expert on it . So , the job will finish on time , and produce quality .

I am working alone, because i do not want to share my income. I am paying house installments and gonna get married next year. However, it is so hard to work alone but i need to do that. I can code html, css, php and work with mysql.

I think it always better to work in a team as no body is perfect in everything. Like as you said you are not good in programming but you are good in html and CSS code, Then I think you should team up with person who is good in programming since it is going to increase your standards and quality will automatically go up.

I think it always better to work as a team beacaue no body is perfect in everything. Whne you are working as a team then quality of your work go up and which eventually bring profits to you.

Well...its difficult to choose a team or individual....
because if a full hearted devotion towards the work is not got frm all the teams members then its really difficult to work with a team...
I'm really sorry to say that..But its a fact...that for a team work all have to contribute....or else it become a individual work only...

I personally preferred a team work..where all have the same mental frequency...so that that work would be productive....

I believe that its practically not possible to have a whole team of people to work with, having the same mental level or same thinking capabilites. It is hard to coordinate with a bunch of people and I am sure no one has the stamina to cope up with people of all sort.
