Pretty good. A lot of people prefer to hire freelancers living in the western world.
I had a pretty bad experience hiring people from India. A lot of indian freelancers (not of all them) cut corners, would scam you and there is no recourse to get your money back once they got it.
I for one would prefer to hire someone living in the same country as I do. You can't go after them if they don't live in the same country as you do.
