I am wondering how this program works. I do not have the language skills to test this, any bi-lingual people here care to give us a review?

I would never use an automated translation to translate anything more than a word.
If you try to translate a long text or an article, you might end up with some garbage translation. The worst translation that I have seen have come from automated translation tool.
I am fluent in French and Spanish by the way.

This was mainly for those on a tight budget. When starting out $5.00, or more, can mean the difference between a month of hosting or not.

Nothing beats a human translator, except maybe a free human translator.
