I am a stay at home mum and I am an independant rep for ACN. A telecommunications company which is just taking off here in Australia, is already in 19 other countries and is about to launch in Asia (the biggest market in the world). This business is a multi level marketing business but is an excellent, proven to work company. It was the main featrure of the April edition of the "Success from home magazine" and is continuing to make a lot of people financially free. Me included. It is a 3-5 year retirement plan, so not a get rich quick scheme, although a lot of people are setting goals and reaching them in record time. All it takes is a little persivearance and self motivation. There is a lot of help from upline team leaders and rep assistance. When I want to take them to the zoo....we just go! No asking for time off and no loss of pay! When I feel like having a jammie day - we have a jammie day and I work my business in my jammies! I agree, it's tough finding a good work at home job. I've had good luck with MLM's. The thing that's good about it is your leveraging your income, so your reaping the benefits of everyone in your organization. The key is finding a good product, (one in which you believe in) and follow through with it and don't quit. Sometimes it takes a while to get going, but your creating a residual income for the rest of your life. Another great thing is you can work it on your own clock, as well as when you go out of town. There are several very good companies out there, it's just a matter of what is good and of interest for you. Good luck in your search!

I too am trying to earn money from home. I currently have a web site and am just getting started posting to different forums. I'm still learning about squidoo. They are free to start up but do require you put in some hours building up your "business."
