I had applied for home based jobs and got a reply for an interview setup on yahoo messenger. Today i gave an online interview and they said that i am recriuted but they asked me to setup an account in wells fargo bank so that they will transfer my work pay in that acc. Some days earlier same happend to me some another company asked me to setup acc in wellsfargo. Can anyone tell me what is the relation between wellsfargo bank and these home based companies. Is it fraud ? what shud i do?

I would run for the hills. Were you asked to deposit any funds into the account while opening it, if so, remove the funds and close the same. Normally, with any home based job, the legitimate ones that is, they will not ask you to set up an bank account.
However, certain companies are known for preferring a certain mode of transaction, so the first thing that you need to do is not to transfer any funds into that account. Then you need to verify thje credentials of this company, get a phone number - landline based one, not cell phone. Then call the number to see that it is the concerend company and not a fake number. Then you can tell this company to send you a check or send you funds via paypal, as either should be more than feasible with a real company. Hope that helps.
