Doctor, no, PhD in common sense, yes. lol
I have since talked to many people who have experienced vision and headaches while being on computer for long hours as I had experienced, and it appears this is a huge problem which few are totally immune to.
To add to what I have learned researching this, eye strain will most often be cause of headaches, along with stress, so breaks are important as I had experimented with different monitors and adjusted the distance from eye to screen, even height, and nothing worked for me and my eyes just got worse.
Of course, everyone is different, and near sited, far sited, you really have to analyze your situation before you can correct it and find relief. What I had learned from my days as an electronics engineer, you never want to be too close to a monitor for the EMF can indeed impact your health and vision, never mind headaches.
I approach everything with research, then common sense, and I would never sit in front of a monitor, and was one of the main reasons I went to a laptop, even when I was still working from my office. I laugh now when I think back knowing I paid over $5K for my first laptop. lol My eye strain issues deminished immediately even while I was still on computer for average of 12 hours a day back then, so I know switching made a big difference, but was it the eye strain alone, or was it also the immense EMF pollution a CRT puts off?
I am dating myself a bit here since most PC screens are now no longer cathode ray tubes, but the level of EMF is still high, and the main reason we all grew up with warning, don't sit so close to TV. lol So if you don't want or cannot switch to a laptop and you have eye strain or EMF issues causing your headaches, then you may want to research zero point scalar fusion energy technology.
Knowing the dangers of EMF from days when I started in electronics, I have been experimenting with this knowing if I can zero out EMF waves which are bombarding us with all the electronics we are now surrounded by, you might be amazed that headaches are not always from eye strain or stress, but they are all connected. With most having a cell phone in their ear hours on end, never mind those of us on a computer all day, EMF overload is impossible to avoid these days, and this is why more people are suffering with vision issues, headaches and even more severe health issues yet to be totally confirmed, but with ongoing long term exposure studies, it is not looking good.
The studies about cell phone EMF and microwave health issues now becoming more obvious with recent studies, it pays to avoid EMF damage anyway you can. At least, that was my conclusion after researching it for my own personal health concerns. Working long hours on a computer was always a concern knowing what I know about electronics, and I would never sit in front of a PC for hours like many must do at their jobs. I cannot even imagine the damage that is being caused being in a room with dozens of PC's radiating all around you potentially hazzardous EMF, and that is another reason sitting at home pounding a keyboard all day is no longer killing me. lol

Success to all, Mike
