Forex Investors

I want to hold a standard account with FOREX but I do not have enough money to open a standard account. I am planning to advertise and look for investors. Much like of a HYIP type but only limited to 50 members with an investment of $10 each. Do you think I can have the trust of the investors and lend to me their $10?
