Default Why doesn't Hyip Investing get banned

I am not a proponent of any banning of any business. I think people have a right to do as they wish with their money. However, hyips really get to my nerves.

It is a blatant lie. The owners and participants know this and so does the government. Why is it that every day there are new hyips being formed and even payment processors just for these things. I just do not understand it.

It is the law of man power vs. over whelming odds. It can take time to build up a sufficient case to do anything about them. You can say the same about any crime, but there are not enough LEOs to handle it all. The only way to really get a handle on it is to make a police state, which would be worse.
