How important is personal development in growing a business to you?

For me it is the #1 thing. I am always reading and looking for ways to improve and grow.

Right now I am reading "Think and Grow Rich" by Napolean Hill. Has anyone else been reading any good books?

I like the books on CD - i can listen to them as I drive.

Its an oldie - but how to win friends and influence people by Dale Carnigie is a good one. I also like the Millionarie Next Door.

Those are both great! Another good one is Slight Edge by Jeff Olsen. It is a great book for network marketers. It talks about taking a little bit of action everyday!
