I'm limited on how much time I can spend on it right now - we have a 3 year old that takes up much of our time (and energy!) as well as another one due next month : ) but I try to spend at least an hour or 2 each day.

I work full time still outside the home plus if I were to figure in the hours spent on my business I would say that is full time as well. Really when you think about it if you home business is part of your life you are always working it. Lifestyle you business into your everyday routine.

When I am at work (the 8-4:30) I am still working on building my business. I still check emails, prepare to contact prospects by phone later that day or sometime during breaks and lunch I will make calls if they need a call in the morning or afternoon. I am sure many of you may be doing the same things, I am always working on my own personal development as well while at work I listen to trainings all day on my mp3 player. In additional to building my business I also invest in building on skills I lack personally. Like prospecting, recruiting, etc.

Well, when I'm not tending to my 2month old son or spending time with my fiancee, I'm working my business; placing ads and answering emails. I don't have much time for the phone so that's a lost cause.

Lately however, i've been needing 4-5 hours just to get everything done...i'm not quite ready to go full time in my business yet, although that's my goal. Anyone else spending 4-5 hrs a day working on their biz?

I usually work for 8-10 hours.. Sometimes I want to make it more faster so that I can have my time for myself. BUT sometimes I'm stuck in facebook.. Although I keep on telling to my self to stay focused.

Most days about 8-10 hours....do a lot of research...thirst for knowledge......

I am retired... I spend most of my time on the net.....some time with my special lady....and time for fun....

I am developing three info products and working on 4 websites.....
I can finally do whatever I want......I want to build on the net....
I believe it is the future........
I have seen the past......and learned from it....

In the beginning I would work as many hours as I possibly could, but as you get over the learning curve that comes with online stuff, the days and work times get shorter. I think you learn to work smarter and learn that it's ok to spend money to outsource things that take up to much of your time. It's a business, and sometimes you have to invest in your business to make it grow. Now, I maybe work 2 hours a day 5 days a week.

You are very right. I found it very helpful to just fund some of my marketing efforts and it has almost put advertising on autopilot for me. It does decrease my time spent online. Great advice!
