Building Your Local Team
I strongly trust in my team and they in turn do the same for me, which means they stay working hard toward the goal of the team as do I. I know everyone is trying to turn to the internet exclusivly but I continue to see great results from local teams I have build along the way.
That being said I would like to encourage you out there that are not bringing in the income they need off the internet to try building a local team as well. recruit in stages, and let everyone know you are excepting the mentoring challenge. work with the people you have consitantly, once they are started take that team out to show them how to "make money on the ground". They will have a much easier time taking what they do seriously as well as make it work for them once they can aquire leads on the net.
Now dont get me wrong I do use the net for a good amount of the buisness I take in. But Driving traffic, building sites, joining sites, autoresponders and all the other tools on the net can be too much for someone with average pc skills. In my experience Helping build a small team with real results as a first step is the best way to keep people working with you. once they find there groove you can grow off of each other both on the net and face to face.
Its not a huge step but some get so blind by the possibility of making great money they forget that meeting people is the key, not just selling your buisness to everyone you talk to. Be a little 007, meet some people that want to do more with the extra time they have. Be happy to help them get that first client. and regardless where the lead comes from know how to talk to them first.
Best to all that are there own boss. could be the best one you ever had..
