I have been selling Avon and am an Advanced Unit Leader as well. I never thought I could sell anything, and I had no idea what Leadership was when I started, but both aspects of my business are strong, and my earnings continue to grow.
It can work if one is truly motivated and puts in the effort to make it succeed.

There is lot of competition in Avon. Just find a person who has not heard of Avon and show them the benefits of using Avon products and hopefully they will buy from you.
