I just recently discovered this so called Law of Attraction. It was a bit of a shock because it makes you think, specially about things you did not wanted to happen to you, but they did anyways. After watching The Secret I think a person's mindset will change completely. Powerful stuff, however many habits will have break in order to fully apply The Secret. Personally, I'm still working on some of does habits, however I do see myself as a better person since I discovered it.

I used to be all into "The Secret" Last year. Then I read the Law of Attraction and was a little freaked out. I had no idea it was going to get into details about talking to a spirit from the past Abraham and how Mrs Hicks was speaking and writing for him.
And one thing I did not like and don't believe in the least is how they say that all the children that get hurt, killed, sick, or even just born handicapped or whatever, turned out that way because of what someone was thinking and their thought caused this. Or anyone getting hurt at all, They caused this, NO. I don't believe this. Like how could all these people that was hurt on 9/11 have wanted this upon themselves. I don't buy this part and it really turned me off to this book.
I do however believe in the good parts and positive thinking. A book that is better and more down to earth thinking is "Becoming a Better You" By Joel Osteen. Although he is a pastuer and religious, he does not prefer a certain religion in this book. You can be from all walks of life and read his book and feel good. If you ever want to read something that will make you a better person this is it. He is a great speaker and I even recommend watching his show on Sundays. I am not one that is too religious either, so I am just stating how impressed I am with him and how he can enlighten anyone.

I was going to say that exact same thing. Napoleon Hill is fun to listen to in audio book form.
