Default Effects of Caffeine

What are the effects of caffeine on human brain? many people consume caffeine for the sake of staying up till late, take away the laziness and so forth, but they are not aware of the effects of caffeine on human brain. Caffeine slowly kills cells found in our brains and one time comes when this can lead to memory loss as brain cells play an important role in making the memory sharp.

Well I don’t know its effects on the brain but I definitely know its adverse effects on the skin. Its overuse can cause anxiety and muscle twitching.

I had stopped all caffeine several years ago and found a felt very fatigued. I reintroduced it into my diet after doing several medical charts where it was given to neonates in a hospital setting. Now, I do a little coffee and green tea and I am much more energetic.

It gives me palpitations and keeps me awake if I have it in the evening - never used to. I must be getting old - probably due to all that caffeine.
