Constant unique content.
Must link to as many high Page Ranking dofollow sites as possible. I know a group that's has quite a large list of them, constently updated. Don't think i can add any links though. If you are interested, you can give me a PM.

Back links!.. You have to get tons of them!..Make sure to get quality of back links compared to quantity okay? Google gives more weight on quality of back links..

If you want to build page rank keep building pages on your site. Try not to let your page rank drip out to non related sites. I found that bigger sites always have larger page rank if optimized correctly.

Page rank means little to nothing as I have seen over the years. Regardless what Google may claim, I think it was overblown to begin with. I have never concentrated on page rank with all the backlink strategies and I have gotten to the top of search engines without page rank concerns.

As with everything on the internet, this is a moving target, and what worked yesterday does not mean it will work tomorrow. Page rank is just one example. Nothing supercedes aging and traffic, the more longer your site has been up, the more traffic you generate, the higher your site will be in search engines. Content is next important aspect, so update and add to your content regularily are the best strategies in my opinion.
