Will Valueclick get bought off?

I believe that there is a strong possiblity that Valueclick (vclk) will get bought off by either Yahoo or Microsoft.
Google recently bought DoubleClick Performics, which is a big affiliate network.
Valueclick, which owns Commission Junction, would be an asset for any company that wants to compete with Google.
