Default Tutoring Methods...

I'd like to get into tutoring, perhaps teach the basics in various web technologies. The thing is, how would it be best to present these tutorials/lessons? I like the idea of one-to-one chat, though some form of "white board" functionality would be good to add some depth.

I don't want lessons to get too dry with me sending documents and questions - I want to be able to engage with "students".

If anyone's had any experience of this, any input would be appreciated.

Individual tuitions do not have any specific guidelines to follow or methods to approach, as it varies from student to student. Some students will give less output and some will give maximum output from that same amount of input given to the prior ones.

Mostly most of the tutors are registered and are at the same time hired from 2tion.com
I have applied for some of those, and all of them were asking for a completed degree, which I dont currently have. So they rejected my application.
