A trick to yahoo is to block the images, once you do that it is very nice. Right click on the image and find the 'Block Images from (blah-blah)" and click on it. Also get the flash block addon for mozilla and you will not see the flash ads either. If you use IE stop using it and get mozilla/firefox/iceweasel/iceape/{other names too}.

For being able to organize your emails Yahoo is better, and I noticed that gmail is getting slower and slower every day.

I prefer gmail. When I used Yahoo, they would block a lot of my emails for one reason or another. I assmue that the reason the emails were blocked is because some of the emails were from others in my business and due to the links in their emails, they were blocked. I also experienced the same problem when I would send emails to others in my group who used Yahoo.

Yahoo also disabled one of my emails at one point. I tried repeatedly to login to my account and I was unable to. I did not appreciate this. There was no warning and I was never informed as to why my account was shutdown. I did not do any spamming. Anybody I sent emails messages to were people who had visited my web site.

After this, I decided not to use Yahoo again and ever since then I have been using Gmail and I am quite pleased with it. I will never use Yahoo again.

I use both, but I prefer Gmail. While I prefer folders to gmail's tags, for some reason my spam filters on Yahoo can't block spam messages as easily as Gmail's. Thus far on gmail a spam message has never gotten into my inbox, while on yahoo they regularly do (though most get blocked by the spam filters).

Someone else complained to me about Yahoo. He said he was not getting emails from others in his group. I told him about my experience and informed him that Yahoo was possibly blocking the emails. Therefore, he might consider going with another email service.

I have not had this problem with gmail. Gmail seems to be better at dealing with others who have a work from home business.
