Just a couple corrections...

You kind of misrepresented the pay for guides. There IS a pay upgrade, as another person asked, and in fact you are upgraded TO the $0.20/transaction, that is not what you start at. This is becoming a "Top Guide" meaning you have answered at minimum 200 questions during the week, and you have a 95% accuracy rating based on a sampling of your work that is reviewed by the Quality Control panel. A guide who does not meet these standards is only making $0.10 per transaction, until they complete a week meeting Top Guide qualifications, and even then, your Top Guide status is only valid for that week as you must continue to earn it.

Also, regarding building a "team" of referred guides, you may refer up to 40, not 10. Only Generalist/Specialist guides count for the referral program.

Anyway, I'm not a ChaCha expert, but I do know a thing or two as I've been at this for a little while now. It really is a great way to get some extra income.
